The community is great but the companies that manage and have managed this community are terrible it seems they switch yearly and have terrible records keeping
Love various unique designs of these homes; fun playground and a walkway that leads to creek.
They surrounded a historic landmark with a fence and threaten to have you arrested if you visit a location listed on the historical landmark database… I drove from Georgia to see the “Hell House” site and was treated like a criminal….
DR Horton builds cheap homes, poorly constructed from cheapest materials, lowest quality grades on almost everything used. They don't keep their commitments even when in a contract, written only for purpose of getting your to the closing table. They put me and my health through an ordeal. Painting "touch ups", were done with very watered down paint which didn't do the job, regrouting to cover chips in tiles and holes in grout lines already wore off from mopping and walking, lumps in my roof, cracks in my walls. Adam's seem to follow through, Horton does not. Beware!!
New development next to railroad tracks. They put up burms to try to quiet the noise the trains will make, but there is a railroad crossing right there, so you will hear the horns all the time. Lots seem kinda small and they have a small park for the kids to play. Homes are around 23 to 25 hundred sq ft.
