I had been walking past this shop for a while and was genuinely excited to finally go in and purchase something. I’m familiar with the brands carried and already own a few pieces, so I came in ready to shop. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was a neon pink sign advertising half-price items, and without me even asking for clarification, the associate stated that “half price means dividing the price by two” in a tone that felt unnecessarily condescending. The interaction felt unwelcoming and dismissive, which was surprising given how excited I was to support the store. Customer service sets the tone for a boutique experience, and this one simply missed the mark for me.

So much fun visiting Gunnel and picking up an awesome cool mask and pair of funky cool sunglasses. I am so happy her shop has been part of the Five Points vibe for decades. Beautiful high quality cool fashion items at super affordable prices.
This is the quirty-est store & so fun to shop in. I've been shopping here since I was a teenager and my favorite place for special unusual items, jewelry, accessories, purses (my favorite purse came from here), shoes, hats, hair barrettes, and even perfumes & sunglasses. I recommended it to everyone of all ages! My teenage daughter always finds something special on every visit.
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I love all of the eclectic pieces in this boutique!
This is a very cool place. A real trendsetter owner. Gunnel has been a relevant business woman with an eye for trendy stuff for decades. If you browse five points you have to go into Edge City.
