Eddie was wonderful! He helped with the sell of our Father's home and also helped us close on some unimproved land. Eddie was prepared and knowledgeable when it came to the areas, whether St. Augustine or Middleburg, he did his research! He knew what was needed to sell the home, though we had some bumps with the buyer's lender he was able to walk us through the completion and closing.

Eddie did a great job communicating with us, understanding our schedules and suggesting tools to improve the chances of sale. He helped us making the process as smooth as it could be and work with us when we had to move out of the house and deal with our packing and busy schedules.
