I honestly can’t thank the team at Eco Vet!!! My dog, Buttercup, recently went through a major day that included TPLO surgery along with other procedures, and from the moment we dropped him off, the entire staff was kind, reassuring, and incredibly caring. As any pet parent knows, leaving your dog for surgery is stressful, but they treated Buttercup like he was one of their own. What impressed me most was how attentive everyone was. They took the time to answer questions, kept me updated, and never made me feel like I was just another client. Every interaction was met with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. On top of that, their pricing was far more reasonable than many other places I looked into, without sacrificing the quality of care. Finding a veterinary team that is both highly skilled and affordable can be difficult, but Eco Vets truly delivers on both. You can tell that the people who work here love animals and care deeply about what they do. During a very emotional and stressful time for our family, they helped put our minds at ease and gave Buttercup excellent care. Thank you to everyone at Eco Vets for taking such great care of my boy. We are so thankful that our veterinarian sent us to ECoVets for an emergency situation with our 10 1/2 year-old Mini Whoodle, Barnabas. Our dog had not been sick, but woke up suffering with horrible symptoms. As directed, we went immediately to ECoVets. I carried him in the door and was met by staff member who had been sitting behind the desk. She took him out of my arms as I said, “please bring him back to me”. I will never forget Laura’s kindness and concern. Dr. Bartels diagnosed him with “acute gastroenteritis”. She explained everything we needed to know about the condition and what we needed to do to help him recover. He was treated and we took him home. We have followed all of her directions and he has had no more symptoms. That was our 1st visit to ECoVets. Since that visit, we have returned several times…. While were there, it was explained to us that they had a neurologist that could help him with his ongoing “collapsed disc pain” and all the symptoms that comes with the condition. We are happy to say that Barnabas is now under Dr. Kim‘s care. She is very honest as she explains the fact that his discs cannot heal themselves, but her choice of treatment has given temporary relief from the pain. We are hoping that the epidural he received yesterday will be a longer lasting relief. Dr. Kim has offered the option of surgery if his condition continues. Dr Kim spends time with us, not only explaining what is going on, but also listening and being very patient as she answers questions. We know that ECoVets is THE BEST best place for Barnabas. From the staff you meet as soon as you walk in the door to every vet tech and doctor you come in contact with…you will find kind & caring, willing to listen & explain, professional competent care. Dr. Darrow and his team are phenomenal!! We found out our 11 year old Golden Retriever had a very large mass in her abdomen. We were referred to Eco Vets by one of our local pet ERs in Volusia County. Dr. Darrow was confident he could remove this basketball size tumor on her liver. He walked us through the procedure prior to surgery and afterwards. He was so kind and compassionate with our girl and us. Our girl has never been sick so this was a very scary situation for us. After the surgery, our girl acts like she is a young dog again. She is running and fetching her ball more so than ever, less naps, more energy! We are so thankful for Dr. Darrow and his team! If we ever have another issue with our girl or our other Golden, Eco Pets is where we will go! Thank you Eco Pets!!!

I can’t thank Dr. Kim and the entire team at ECOvets enough for the care they provided to my dog during one of the most stressful times I’ve ever faced. He was diagnosed with IVDD and was in severe pain. Even with an incredibly packed schedule, Dr. Kim made room to see him and ultimately performed his surgery. She was kind, compassionate, and never hesitated to help when he needed it most. Rhea, her tech was absolutely wonderful as well. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and even sent photos after surgery, which gave me so much peace of mind. The reception team was equally amazing. From the very first interaction, they were kind, patient, and understanding. They helped me navigate a very emotional situation and always made me feel like my dog mattered. Every interaction was met with compassion and professionalism, which made a difficult experience so much easier. Everyone at ECOvets was professional, caring, and genuinely invested in my dog’s recovery. The level of communication, empathy, and support Eddy and I received was outstanding from start to finish. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Kim, Rhea, and the entire ECOvets team for giving my dog the care he needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
