My family and I just moved in around November and we absolutely love it here. Kim made it super easy to get the paperwork done and move in peacefully. We have no issues here, everything is well maintained and if something does go wrong they’re very quick to come fix it. I would recommend and have recommended Eastwood oaks to so many friends so far!! Can’t wait to use the pool this summer !!
I recently visited several apartment complexes in Florida. I just loved this one that I would call "country living"! The staff was so pleasant and eager to show me around. The area was so charming with very nice views and it was obvious that the staff took great care to keep the outside areas well maintained. The pool looked very inviting on a warm summer day. And they had even just installed a Frisbee golf course.
I just moved here from Central Florida, and the Manager Stephanie has been very helpful. I also wanted to give thanks to Jessie, the property’s maintenance. I really like my new apartment everything was clean and beautiful and the apartments are so nice and quiet that I love it.
Comfortable, friendly, and lively: Eastwood Oaks continues to be a cozy place to live with an apartment manager that really understands when life is unpredictable. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable, the pool is kept consistently clean in the summer, pets are allowed, there's a safe courtyard for kids to play, and the rent remains affordable! I really am happy my first apartment ended up being here at Eastwood. ❤️
I want to say my experience at Eastwood oaks and meeting Mrs. Kimberley was a breath of fresh air. She takes care of the grounds keeping it clean and fresh and a beautiful also a beautiful person inside and out. She has helped me tremendously the few months I have been here and I have made a friend. She has worked with me as I have struggled moving into the town. I will never forget her and I would definitely recommend Eastwood oaks to anyone I know. It is definitely a nice place to live and a nice friendly neighborhood. To anyone living there and have any issues please talk to your landlord she is there for a reason. 😊
