WE LOVE OUR RELANDSCAPED FRONT AND BACKYARDS!!! The entire crew at Earth Works did an absolutely fantastic job giving our yard a facelift! First there was Sidney, who did an awesome job developing a new landscaping plan and choosing maintenance free plants. Then came the awesome team of JEFF, KEVIN, NOAH and DEVON who did all the hard labor! Jeff and Kevin were at our house every day, always on time and on the go from start to finish. They always kept us informed, offered wise suggestions, worked hard despite the heat, and cleaned everything up daily! Their exceptionally strong work ethic was a breath of fresh air! We now have a beautiful large paver patio with a fire pit, no more problem drainage areas, a large area of Colorado River Jack rock for a raised garden bed, lovely new front landscaping, new sod where needed, and so much more! Shout out to Allstar irrigation who modified and rebuilt parts of our irrigation system to accommodate all the changes.

Took a while to find a multi-trunk sweetbay magnolia tree...lucked out with online search and found one at Earth Works. Rhonda was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was picking it out. Emily did a great job scheduling the install. Adam and Kabobo installed the tree with great care. They made sure it was just where I wanted it placed. Overall a fantastic experience!! Thank you! Also love your Facebook tutorials!!
The whole process of purchasing the trees from From earthworks and Eden installed was painless. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helping me find the trees that I was looking for an addition to having a very good supply of options. The staff was also amazing when it came to giving me the information in terms of caring for the trees I was having install installed. Emily and Rhonda Helped us with the purchase planning and installation scheduling. Jeff and Dylan were awesome for the installation process. They arrived promptly and got to work very quickly. The whole process of planting two trees took less than an hour and 20. Jeff and Dylan were very helpful and explaining Care for the trees and they Were meticulous and ensuring the installation process went as smoothly as possible
We spent thousands of $$$ for Earthworks to do our landscaping. We chose them because of their reputation for excellent customer service. We didn’t get excellent service. Almost everything they planted died within 1.5 to 2 months after planting. I contacted our Earthworks designer so he could come out and see the plants. After he came out it took him almost 2 weeks to get back to us. Here is what he said in an email to me: After speaking with my operations manager on both the landscape and maintenance side we've put together a plan for the backyard. The Crotons, Canna Lilies, and Hibiscus are all tropical plants that are not covered under our warranty because they are not rated for our zone. That being said we are going to go ahead and replace them free of charge for you this time due to the soil condition. We are going to bring in a yard of #3 Mix which is our nutrient rich top soil to spread in the area and mix with the existing soil. This should accomplish 2 things. It will allow the soil to drain better and it will also raise the area up slightly so that hopefully water will shed off the area toward the preserve and not sit around the root balls and cause the plants to funk out which is what has happened here. I think we will also need to look into dialing back your irrigation to help prevent this from happening again. The combination of the intense drought and now steady rain with additional water coming from the irrigation is mostly likely what has caused some of the smaller plants to funk out. All the above work we are going to take care of for you, we are remedying the situation to the best of our ability. If the issue persist, we will need to consider different plant material for the area and that would be handled like a regular project. With your approval for the work I will let my operations manager know so he can get it scheduled. Thank you, This designer picked every single plant. Why would he choose plants that are not rated for our zone??? We trusted Earthworks as the experts. So they offered to replace plants that are not rated for our zone, with plants that are not rated for our zone. We also told our designer from the beginning that we were concerned with the soil. Nothing was addressed. We are certainly are in a drought. However, we continued to follow Earthworks directive to water plants every day for 30 days. We have not had any steady rain. We won’t be using nor recommending Earthworks to anyone. It’s ridiculous that they installed plants not rated for our zone. WHY????
More than happy for the great service I am receiving by Earthworks through Erick Gomez and DeAshton. More than impressed with the communication, skill, and attention to detail. Very professional. Erick has addressed all of my concerns, greatly improving my lawn. Earth Works is pure quality. Definitely recommend. 10/10, #5 Star Service!
