This place is disorganized. I got my approval letter in February. I was waiting to hear back. I gave them a call in March to see what was going on an I got nothing but the run around. Nobody could never tell me anything and I never received a call back. Now here in july I get a letter saying to resubmit my documents. Now I took out alot of time from work to make sure I got everything in on time when they asked. I just moved here an I have no family here at all so I really do need this help with daycare. I couldn't imagine if I needed to put all my kids in daycare. This is Crazy now I have to go and do all this foot trailing an take more time off of work just because they can't file paperwork correctly. This place needs to be more aware of their actions but nobody cares because its not them who need the service. If it was up to me they wouldn't even get that star how many others have this happen to. I literally was lost in a file cabinet or on the floor just waiting to be filed.
