Turbo Tax was going to charge me $199 to file a simple 1040 form. I didn't have anything complicated or extra to file, and I didn't need help from a live person. E-file.com charged me zero, zip, nada! Super simple and secure. Done in 30 minutes. Why should anyone have to spend $199, $40 of which was a direct deposit fee, when you can file for FREE with E-file.com. I may never use Turbo Tax again. Why would I?
The experience was great, I appreciated that you had the option of help to guide through the process, or you can do it yourself. I chose guide help which made it user-friendly. I like the review part before I submitted. It was than 1 hour IRS, accepted my return. Great product.
I have been using this Tax preparation program for a few years and I have not experienced any problems so far. The program made it easy to fill out forms and file my taxes electronically.
Tried 20 times to have my taxes filed. Everytime I pressed "Continue to E-File" to get my returns to the IRS, it kept locking me out "due to inactivity". Support doesn't exists nor cares!!!
Very efficient, will structured program. Is professional, easy and simple to use. Highly recommend it!
