I called Dykes bc of .y neighbors' recommendation, hoping I could get help within a few days. To my utter delight and relief they came the same day and diagnosed and fixed my problems - which were 3 fold. They were courteous and respectful to the 84 year old desperate woman for water. They were also knowledgeable and efficient and patiently explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company, not only for their work but their integrity. I am very grateful my neighbor recommended them.
As a rental property owners, we have used multiple pump services in the past few years and Dykes is the best. We called one evening on a holiday weekend and they were quick to respond and came out the very next morning. Drake and Vince were great to work with and they are the only pump services we will be calling in the future. Very communicative and knowledgable and service was great.
Incredibly helpful. Our pump went out and my husband called at 8 at night. They weren't even open and the gentleman went out of his way to help us and came through when no one else would. The next day we discovered other issues with our pump and the gentleman still continued helping us. Highly recommend this company and very grateful for them.
I had a great experience with Dykes Pump Service at my property located in Starke, FL. Their team provided fast service, clear communication, and shared detailed photos of the entire process. They coordinated efficiently with both me and the tenant, making everything smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend their services!
Vince and his son came up to my property and replace some parts on my well system and conducted an overall check of my system. They did an excellent job and gave me a lot of information on the system. Very professional and knowledgeable on well/pump systems. I recommend this company for their services.
