A neighbor was having some major construction added to their existing home and we asked them who was doing the work. They told us about DVc3 and Dean Vetter and how happy they were with the work and the communication. We hired DVc3 to add a large in-law suite and are glad we did. They were the only construction company that got the ball rolling. They were knowledgeable in the architecture and permitting phase and if anything was not to our liking, Dean had it fixed...even to the point of ripping out an entire shower and redoing it. Their teams work well together and get it done right. We would use them again and highly recommend DVc3.

This company will just waste your time. It took about week just for them to initially call me back. Then they scheduled a consultation for the following week. They ended up cancelling on me about 4 times over the span of 3 or 4 weeks (each with different reasons or excuses). Once we finally had a FaceTime consultation, they told me they would send me the bid/quote the following week. Well it has now been a month later and still have not received my quote/bid. I keep asking for an update and now they will not even call or text me back. If they are not interested in doing the job then I wish they would’ve just told me instead of wasting my time and our grant we had. Save yourself the time and energy and just find a different contractor.
DVC3 has done some work to my house and I couldn’t be more grateful to them. Thanks to the guys and Dean for the great work!
