Duval Ford Service

The female service manager here is the absolute worst manager I've ever experienced anywhere. I ended up being the one to de-escalate the tension in the conversation, and the tension was started by her! In what world does a manager put a customer in that situation? It all started when I came here to have my AC fixed. After about a week, they said it was good to go. I didn't even get out of the parking lot before realizing they hadn't fixed it at all. They took it back and finally fixed it after another few days. But what do you know, a couple of weeks later my car starts having strange electrical issues. I called and asked about this, asking (very politely) if it's possible with the work done on my car something may have popped loose. Oh boy you would've thought I accused this lady of murder. "WE DID NOT SABOTAGE YOUR CAR!!!" in the absolute rudest tone you'd expect from a woman who has hated men for her whole life. With great restraint, I calmly explained that I didn't mean there was intentional sabotage, and eventually was able to come back and have the work done, but I was charged quite a bit to have the issue fixed. Avoid this dishonest and disrespectful garbage place, unless you have a thing for being talked down to by hateful women and having to keep coming back to fix issues they don't fix the first time.

Chasity was a great service advisor! What started as a potential drivability issue ended up an awesome experience. Ryan the service manager went above and beyond to rectify it. The best service experience I’ve had in a very long time hands down
