I have had several visits to this shop. The first was a transmission and motor mount repair on my 2006 Monte Carlo SS. All work was at the quoted price, they keep you up to date and they are very fair to deal with. My last visit was for my 2015 Buick Lacrosse. Struts, coil springs, front wheel bearings, stabilizer rods and front end alignment. Again, tony and his crew were excellent. Their crew is highly skilled at their trade. I had questions about parts pricing and they accommodated me without hesitation. Duval County Transmission & Auto care are the ones I trust to do my auto repairs. Thanks again!
I came in for a transmission fill and drain. They inspected the transmission free of charge, informed me at every step and did not try to up sell me or give me unnecessary information. The staff was extremely polite and treated all their customers with respect while I was waiting for my service to be completed. I have a hard time finding a auto shop comfortable atmosphere and these guys exceeded my expectations. 10/10 service I WILL be returning for ALL of my future maintenance and will recommend this business to my friends and family. If your looking for an honest and reliable shop. This is the place to go!
The entire team is incredible!! They understand the anxiety people sometimes feel when faced with auto repairs and strive to set you at ease explaining the issues and the resolutions. Taking the time for any questions or concerns.Thank you guys, I feel like you're family now. Services they completed for me so far: Transmission replacement, Front end seal, oil pan gasket replacement belts and hoses, water pump, harmonic balancer. Computer programming and diagnostics. Emotional Therapy!
This was my first time getting a service from DCT. They came highly recommended by a Svc Tech at Tire Kingdom because they do not provide this service. Tire Kingdom's tech also stated that everyone who goes to DCT have been very pleased with their service; as am I. Acura of Orange Park had diagnosed me with a very extensive & expensive repair. I informed DCT of Acura's diagnosis and they gave me an estimate of what the repair could be, which was 65% less than Acura's quote. DCT did a very extensive inspection and informed me that it wasn't what Acura had said it was (imagine a dealership trying to get over - smh) Always get a 2nd opinion. DCT was very thorough, informative every step of the way and provided excellent customer service. They could have very well agreed with Acura & charged me their estimated price; instead I was diagnosed with a diff repair and only paid a lil less than half of DCT'S estimate price. I highly recommend them & only wish I had known abt them sooner.
I admire everything about this company. They are very courteous, professional and send notification every step of the process. Not to mention, their repair services are TOP TIER!! I will continue to get my current cars and all my future cars serviced here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duval County Transmissions & Autocare!
