These 5 stars go especially to Delena. Very welcoming, open, with a customer service that goes above and beyond. I never felt this comfortable in a Tax Collectors Office. I went to surrender my Tag and she walked me through it with a smile. She made me feel so comfortable, almost as one treats a friend. Hands down best experience I've had at a Tax Collectors office. Thank you Delena. The work force needs more people like you. You're awesome!
Unfortunately I did not get this lady’s name but she is a heavy set woman with dark blonde hair and a nose ring. She has absolutely forgotten that she is a public servant. She works for Duval County to serve the public and is as rude and snarky as it gets. She has no business working in public service. I am not sure how she got a job and retains a job in public service. I have worked in customer service for a number of years and this lady is not cut out for her job at all.
Went in to transfer my title to a buyer for my vehicle. William assisted us and he had such a calm demeanor and was so easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions and made the transaction so smooth. He really broke the stigma that DMV workers are rude and unhappy. He genuinely seems to enjoy his job and helping people and he does a really good job at it. He was so personable and easy to do business with. Thank you so much William for making this encounter so seamless!!
Busy but efficient! If you know what to bring to help the process along it is super smooth. The staff is very pleasant and also helpful if you need assistance getting the propper documents to complete your task. Appointments are available, but the get a spot in line text/app is great for same day walk ins. Pro tip...Grab lunch at WipeOuts while you wait! 😉
Carol in the Neptune Beach Branch 32266. Was so helpful, and full of wisdom. She knew her stuff and sold me on 2 years of licencse's with a delightful personality suggested the Georgia Bulldog plate. Carol is a dedicated professional and enjoys her job. Keep Her. Call me for further verification of her character, you have my number. Wanda Clements
