Simply love the customer service I’ve received. I bought 1 car and was so satisfied I went and bought another one from them. Yes they are used cars and yes what you put in them is what you get out. My husband has fully put his TLC into both the cars we bought them and have had no issues .

All I can say is WOW! What a pleasant, AWESOME car buying experience! I have bought a few used cars in the past and knew that this would likely be a process but Kirk and Amy at Duval Auto surprised me! I drove up on a whim; Kirk showed me vehicles in my (low) price range and would you believe it I bought the first vehicle I saw and test drove. Of course I looked around for a minute on the lot and even before this visit when to 3 separate dealerships and made NUMEROUS calls to no avail- and then there she was! I bought a 1998 Honda CR-V. It was reasonably priced already at $3995 but they even worked with me and gave me some wiggle room on that. They got me in touch with a guy to get a new stereo and down the line someone for window tinting. My car is awesome and in excellent condition, better than I was hoping to get. During my test drive Kirk was even suggesting we go to Advance Auto Parts to check any check engine or other issues. There were none and no maintenance lights on anyway. Don't waste your time at the other places. I went to other dealerships and was treated kindly at some and at others like I wasn't worth their time. But this place had the best people and better vehicles. I feel like I can trust them, they were very open and honest and kind. Buy your next car here; it really does look like they have something for everyone and they won't waste your time.

I bought a 2013 ford focus that I had nothing but issues with since the dayI got it. I called the day after and a few times since. I even showed up there. The owner has been rude and avoiding my calls, he's not there, or he's busy with his son's birthday. I have had the car for a month and had to replace the computer, ignition relay, and its still in the shop. I still need to do a rear main oil seal. Im so frustrated that the owner doesn't care about his customers. The people that work for him are no better. They say the car is great, ya its great alright its been the shop since i bought it. We have driven it maybe 2 times. I would never tell anyone to go there because the owner just don't care.
