Hadi went above and beyond for me today when I was in need of a replacement tire in another location. I could not be more grateful for the help and ultimate kindness he showed me! I will definitely be doing business here from now on!

I heard a noise in my tire along with the tire pressure light being on. I also had to go down to Miami last weekend for my family’s engagement dinner. I stopped at this place, and when I told him my issue he told me I had to know what tire it was. I was fully ready to get a new tire if necessary. I’m a woman who knows nothing about cars. They have a sign telling women to keep their boyfriend’s opinions out of their business, however if my finance was there who was working at the time, he would have stopped to listen to me. They didn’t even offer to charge to test all four tires to see what’s wrong. He was sure it was a sensor issue. He was sure it was a sensor issue. I even showed him a personal video on my phone of a recent tire blow out I had, and he still decided to clear my sensor and told me I was fine it was a sensor issue. Well, not only was my life put in danger because of his dismissive judgement and decision, but everyone else on the road. My tire blew out and damaged my bumper. It completely tore my bumper off the right side of my car, the passenger rear. My car looks hideous. My car looks horrible. I had to put tape on it. My car took damage because of their lack of professionalism and not wanting to look at my tires. I would have appreciated if he said he was refusing me service and not clear out a warning sign from God, the heavens, my car! My car took real damage and I missed my family’s engagement dinner. I’m hurt, devastated, why wouldn’t anyone help me, and what’s the point of being in this business if I have to be educated enough on cars vs paying you to fully investigate the warning light for my tires. I would have paid it. My fiance would have paid it. Now I’m traumatized and my car is damaged with tape. I was trying to get my tire looked at, ready to buy a new one. I was dismissed and many lives were put in danger. I also felt that because I was a black woman, I was dismissed and I wasn’t wanted around. My fiancee is Latino and from Miami, I’ve also done some modeling in Miami, so I’m very aware of racism in some individuals. It’s honestly wicked and the desperation for superiority. False temporary power. Not of God and further spreading evil. I’m a human life, and if I would have lost control of my car on the highway I don’t get to decide who gets hit. Women, children, men, doesn’t matter the race. Anyone could have been hurt because of this. I’m grateful to God that he kept me during the ordeal. He kept everyone around me safe! God is so good, that’s another blown out tire and I was able to hold steady and get off the road. I pray this review makes change. Everyone doesn’t know about cars, that’s why we come to mechanics. As a woman, I don’t want to have to deal with a tire if I don’t have to. So I have insurance to help me change my tires and I go to mechanics to handle tire problems for me. Even if I learned I don’t know how long it will take before I can tell you, this tire is the problem. To the business, God bless you, your family, and your business. However my car took damaged and I am very hurt. I give it to God. I tried to get the help I needed. Ladies, If you’re a black woman I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I did find another place off of Emerson and 95, spanish speaking if needed and very professional. They put on a new tire for me. I included a picture of my beautiful look that missed the engagement dinner. My fiancee had to change out his suit on the side of the road to the put the spare on 🫠
