My daughter and I have visited this establishment several times, and only once were we satisfied with the drinks. We always order the same product, and unfortunately, it never tastes the same. In fact, each time it seems to be prepared worse than the last. What happened today was unacceptable. We were literally served ice with cinnamon. The drink had so much cinnamon that the color was completely brown, and the taste was terrible. It was impossible to drink. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering we are paying for a product that should meet at least a basic standard of quality. It is clear that there is no consistency in the preparation. Each employee seems to use different measurements, and even when ordering the same item, it never tastes the same. Management should ensure that staff follow proper recipes and measurements to maintain consistent quality and flavor. I am attaching a photo so you can see what I am referring to. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
Every drink i have had has been amazzing.. this is a mango refresher with strawberry and tajin.. very good. Honestly.. close your eyes and point to any drink... you'll love it. Staff is always friendly!! Argyle Forrest location rocks!!
This location on Argyle just hits different. The staff is always in a good mood — not in a forced way, they're actually just cool people — and they've never once messed up my order even when the line is wrapped around the building. The Annihilator is dialed in perfectly every time. I've been coming here long enough that they kind of just know what I want, which honestly makes my whole morning. The drive-through moves faster than it has any right to. I don't know how they do it but I'm not complaining. If you're in the Argyle area and haven't stopped here yet, you're missing out — it's the best one in Jacksonville.
Golden Eagle with protein milk is the Best Iced Latte out there! D$ncan & S!arbucs can learn a lot from them. They add 4 shots of espresso to a large instead of giving a white milk drink then charge extra per shot. Only wish I have is that I would have tried them sooner!!
This was my first time ordering from or even trying Dutch Bros and it was an amazing experience. We went to the Argyle Forest Blvd Location and Jayson & Jerro were beyond amazing - they took time to help us understand the menu and order... Seriously so kind. 🤗 They had top notch customer service and in today’s world that’s hard to find. 👀 They were friendly, kind and respectful. We ordered 🍪 1 Cosmic Cookie Dough Blended, 2 Golden Eagle Blended, ⚡️2 Electric Berry /Lemonade Blended and then ☕️ 1 iced coffee special made. The drinks were hand stirred which I thought was really awesome. 👏🏼 and super delicious. After ordering 6 drinks they made them all in an extremely timely manner we thanked them and drove off. As we were driving the girls said they liked their drinks but they wanted coffee drinks especially after they tasted mine. 🤷🏽♀️ So we looped back to get the girls new coffee drinks. So we pulled back up to the window and the guys were like “Hiiii • Welcome back - Everything okay?” And I was like “Yes. Everything is great. Drinks are delicious - SOOO - the girls like their electric drinks but they’d rather have what I got - Cosmic Cookie Dough - drinks blended.” So they took the order, started right away - and I’m taking my payment method out to pay for the drinks and they were like “it’s okay, don’t worry about it.” I’m like “Are you sure bc honestly I don’t mind paying.” I really appreciated how they were seriously so great and even tho we liked the electric drinks, they still wanted to make sure we left happy and satisfied. I’ll definitely be going back - the drinks/coffee are so delicious. 🤤 and the amazing customer service from Jayson and Jerro. I seriously can’t say enough good things about these two and the service they gave!! It was refreshing to have wholesome, kind, good young adults taking my order and making it too. Next time I’ll take pictures of my order. Seriously beyond exceptional service - 100 out of 10 ⭐️ Thank you so much Jayson & Jerro you two are really amazing people. We need more people like you two in the world and especially in customer service. —Yall are so sweet!
