Drinks are amazing. Birthday drink was over the top amazing. Employees work hard and do great under pressure. Accident made once still gave us that drink and the correct one. Stopped by everyday on the way to the hospital to help with my Mom and one day they offered me a free drink of my choice. No where else would ever do this!!! Love having Dutch in town. Only complaint is when you have a lot of points saved up you stop getting extra points offers. This part needs to change. Saving my free drinks for when in Orlando with my daughter for college transition, orientation, move in.
So I forgot to do a google review back when I spoke with Callie at this location. Back on my birthday (6/16), I redeemed my free drink. Izzy took my order. So sweet & kind as everyone at this location is. Callie was doing my drinks, wrote on it but happily gave me birthday wishes. It seemed so genuine & these ladies are tremendous! So full of joy, appears they love what they do & interacting with the customers. Plus the drinks are top tier! Today, I picked up my drinks from Kenna who was also fantastic! Told her Dutch Bros reminds me of Chick-fil-a with how happy, professional & efficient their operations are! I did send an email through the direct Dutch Bros website but the ladies never received any feedback so to Izzy, Callie & Kenna, thank you for what you do! Appreciate you all!!
You can order easily through the app or in person. Just drive up, and someone will take your order, including pick-up orders. It’s a must-stop when you’re visiting family nearby. They have great coffee!
I completely ordered the wrong drink on accident. They said oh don’t worry and made me a Dino Egg so fast. I truly appreciate their kindness and easygoing attitude to the situation 10/10!
The service at this Dutch Bros is always amazing!! I wanted to give a shout out to Izzy whose beautiful personality uplifted my spirits on such a gloomy day. She even helped me create my new favorite drink; a build your own Myst with Kiwi, Strawberry and Coconut flavor and sweet cream!
