I hired Dulce to prepare a QDRO on a very short notice. She worked with my timeline and made sure that everything was done on time and with minimum stress. She followed up with me throughout the process. The QDRO was approved within a couple of weeks of submitting the final version. She truly made the process simple and stress-free. Her prices are also very reasonable for someone with extensive experience as she does. I highly recommend her!

Dulce Fazel is not a competent attorney. Going with her was a huge mistake, one that has cost me thousands of dollars and lots of stress. Multiple unexplained delays. Preventable delays. 60-90 days with no communication whatsoever, despite multiple attempts from me to get an update. The financial loss of attempting to have her handle this case is astronomical. By not having this money that I was supposed to be able to access post-divorce, she has made my financial position devastatingly worse. I’ve now reached out to another attorney to complete the job because I can’t reach her. You want to give someone the benefit of the doubt but she should have dismissed herself from this case many months ago if she was dealing with a personal issue. She doesn’t follow through. She doesn’t care about you. She should absolutely not be practicing law. I’m wondering if the only positive reviews she has are from friends.
