Ducky's Carwash

This was the only car wash that had bays to fit my high-top Sprinter van RV along Merrill Rd near the I295 intersection. Used a self service bay to clean off crusted road salt having just driven interstate through 2 snow storms. I fed the machine a total of $12 in quarters ($2 at a time) for pre-wash, soapy suds, rinse & wax. The wand & brush both worked fine but the pistol for a foamy finish but the hose connection was busted so it didn’t work (so I wasted $2). Pro Tip: select the service you want by dialing the knob BEFORE feeding the machine the last quarter, and then hustle before it times out and shuts off.

DO NOT USE THEIR VACUUMS. Particularly the ALL ones up front by the entrance. It has NEVER worked and WILL take your quarters and no one can help you. Owners don’t care. Warning! ⚠️ Just go somewhere else entirely.

The self wash right next to the change area doesn't work period and took my $2 and I went to the second wash area and the pressure hose is broken and I got wet more than my car $4 wasted😞😞

Used the self-service wash, but it was disappointing. The water pressure was super weak — felt more like tap water than a pressure washer — and there was barely any soap. It made it really hard to get the dirt off, especially the bugs stuck to the front and the grime on the wheels. Please add stronger chemicals and more cleaning foam so it actually dissolves dirt and makes washing easier. The place has potential, but it really needs better maintenance.
