Ducky’s Car Wash

I’ve been looking for a customer service number for this business. I’ve used this service before and it’s great. Thus living by one is no walk in the park. Personally some people to purchase a service and go on there way respectfully and some go as far to raise the volume of their music to the highest level. The home training and respect of others is crazy and concerning. P.S. “just like the customers pay the that wash service and convenience, I’m paying my rent with the same conclusion in mind.

Manager refused to send the money I was cheated out of for a problem he was aware of and has not fixed. There is no sign but the four dollar option for the automatic car wash doesn't work. It doesn't give you any options and doesn't give you change. It just takes your money and doesn't respond after that -at all. Said he wasn't going to "learn" PayPal when you can use PayPal as a guest. Said he doesn't text in the beginning of the call and then later offered to text me codes for two car washes at a different location which was half of the car washes I was out. I started crying. My eyes, hands, arms and face were burning from contact with pollen. Pollen that would have not been on my car if the automatic car wash was working. He doesn't care and he didn't care to work with me. Under 40 and claims he can't use PayPal or text.

Had no problem washing my truck, and was able to detail it a bit in the parking lot as well. All the equipment I used was in good working order. I will return.

Paid $10 this morning for an automatic wash. The machine put the soap on my car and then completely shut off. I had to take my car home to rinse the soap off and wash it by hand. So $10 for the car wash to only put soap on my car. Do not use.
