I ordered Duck Donuts for a resident event at our apartment community and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The variety and presentation of the donuts were absolutely stunning — residents were stopping to ask if they were real! There was a small hiccup with our 7 am pickup order getting missed, but the owners jumped into action immediately and had everything ready within 30 minutes. That kind of customer service truly sets a business apart. Many of our residents had never tried Duck Donuts before, and it was such a joy to introduce them to something local and delicious. We will definitely be back!
The basic donuts are made fresh so they are always hot and ready, no light needed. Then the toppings are added custom as soon as they are made. Doesn't get any pressure. A family-owned business to support.
This is the cutest donut shop I’ve ever seen! Prices are fair and quality is exceptional. I ordered a half dozen and waited about five minutes for my donuts to be made fresh. You can tell the owner cares and she was a great conversationalist. 10/10 experience overall!
First time..awesome experience... so much variety.. Will probably make my dentist happy.. Must visit again. To get my free donut with duck rewards.. BTW..jeep owners ..you'll like it here..
Amazing 😻 those were gifts to us from our vendors and they chose you guys. I’ve always wanted to go there to try this place out but never had a chance. They say sometimes if you wish for it hard enough and really want it, it will happen. Today was the day! The texture of dough is more like a cake and personally I think they are less sugary as krispy kream would be. The freshness is incredible. I loved the flavors. I had chocolate of course and I had the strawberry one all were super satisfying.
