Had our first closing with this team and honestly wish we had found them sooner. They handled every obstacle that came up—from city-related issues to past due mortgages that hadn’t been recorded, and even older items that needed to be cleared up. They stayed on top of everything, kept the process moving efficiently, and got us to the closing table without unnecessary delays. What really stood out was their communication—calls were answered, emails were returned, and we were always kept in the loop. In a time where it’s hard to get people on the phone, that level of responsiveness makes a big difference. Highly recommend working with them if you want a smooth and well-managed transaction.
The worst attorney experience I’ve ever had. Poor communication, not answering email or returning phone calls. I had to physically go into the office They dragged evictions out for months and just made excuses. After the feedback nothing changed - they continued the excuses. Spend your money w a real office .
Duane, Dawn, Pam, LIsa, Brian, Joel and the rest of the team are great at what they do. The close difficult files and make it look easy. They communicate with all parties to keep everyone informed. I have worked with them for over 10 years and plan to for the next 10! Keep up the great work.

In my 73 years it’s been a rare day when an attorney didn’t at least try to get into your wallet or cause you misery. This firm was everything but dishonest. They went above and beyond to be honest, fair and accommodating to an older couple selling their home. I would recommend them to anyone for representation in a home sale
