Bad business they close the store early on Juneteenth 2025! and wouldn’t allow me and my son to make any purchases there was a dark skinned guy w/ a beard and ball cap on and a light skinned kid with a fro they stared at me through the door trying to not make eye contact. They will never get my money again

Found exactly what I was looking for. Was able to shop for the teenagers on my Christmas List in one spot...saving me time and a headache.
I bought my daughter a Pair of Panda Dunks from DTLR on Dunn Ave. I had her to try them on real quick in the store , everything was good I paid for them we left. Today she takes them out the box to wear them she noticed they were fakes. We watched at least 5-6 videos of fakes vs real ones. Everything about these shoes are fakes. I can’t take them back for a refund cause my daughter threw out the receipt. I’m out of $96.00 Buyers BE AWARE!!! So we done some research. My wife and I saw lots of reviews about DTLR selling fake merchandise from shoes to clothing. They are also being sued by NIKE !! Again buyers be aware shopping at DTLR !!! Do your research first !! Before going to DTLR I’ll take the “ L “ on this one. Only reason I went there cause FOOTLOCKER didn’t have her size and if I was to order from NIKE the order wouldn’t been here by Friday when she needed them. Again buyers be aware!!!! Read the reviews!!
They have everything toured looking for in all sizes. 👍🏿 However today(4/11) I had a issue with management here exchanging shoes that were too small. I feel is tho the management here could listen more to the customers and thoroughly look over items coming back for exchange rather than not listening or helping out at all. Thanks to the "Norwood ave" location for helping me out best for my needs and actually looking over my exchange
Nice products, but the workers spent the entire time gossiping with one another instead of attending to patrons. I had to get their attention...one young lady stopped to help...the others kept right on jaw-jacking. It was so unprofessional. I know they are young, but they need to understand there's a time and place.
