  I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my raffle pickup experience. At 12:36 PM, I contacted the store and spoke directly with a representative to confirm that I would be arriving to pick up my shoes. I was explicitly told that it was fine and that I could proceed to the store. I arrived at 12:59 PM — before the 1:00 PM deadline clearly stated in the app. Despite this, the store manager informed me that my shoes had already been sold and claimed that no one had communicated my call to him. This is unacceptable. The app clearly states that I had until 1:00 PM to pick up the shoes. I arrived before that deadline and even took the extra step of calling ahead to confirm my arrival. The fact that my pair was sold prior to the posted cutoff time indicates a clear failure in store communication and policy enforcement. I am requesting a detailed explanation of how this occurred and what corrective action will be taken. I also expect an appropriate resolution, as I upheld my responsibility by arriving within the designated pickup window. I look forward to your prompt response.
