Huge store with a variety of shoes. Huge store with an impressive variety of shoes. Unfortunately, finding what you’re looking for is a challenge due to the lack of organization. Men’s and women’s shoes are scattered throughout the store, and brands are mixed together with no clear layout. Because of this, the shopping experience was frustrating and not nearly as enjoyable as it could have been.
Great news additions to the Hester household. Hopefully they will last 3 years again. Yeah
Always great selection. This location is well stocked and very organized. They had a garbage can for the paper wrap and shoes fillers in every corner! The staff were very courteous and attentive to you needs. We bought 5 pairs of shoes and 2 packs of socks 😊 we are very happy with our purchases.
Alex went above and beyond to take care of us! She let us know all of the offers going on and made sure we got the best deal possible. My go-to shoe store now. 😊
BE CAREFUL when ordering shoes online!! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes with the Bogo deal for total of $118.24 but my mobile banking app is showing ANOTHER charge for $80.61 for the total of $198.85 and I called and they advised it’s a “separate charge” for one of the shoes and should go back into my account in a few days, the website is very misleading and DECEPTIVE !! Even my email confirmation say $118.24 so why are you putting an additional hold on my account when I already paid for both pairs of shoes??!! It’s also inconvenient having to wait to get my funds released and will not be purchasing shoes from this company again!!
