I’ve been a customer for over ten years and have never had a complaint until now. I went to pick up my cleaning and was missing a shirt. The clerk looked all over for it and couldn’t find it. I told her I would call the store in the morning. I called and spoke with the owner who told me that they were sewing a rip in my shirt and I could pick it up the next day. I was curious about the rip because it wasn’t ripped when I brought it in. When I arrived to pick it up, I saw a 12 inch place on the shirt where it was repaired. I spoke to the owner and he said he didn’t know how it got ripped. I told him that if I had brought it in ripped you wouldn’t repair it for free. In order to receive compensation for the shirt I have to bring in a receipt from the store I purchased it from. and receive money for a used shirt. He offered me store credit, but I refused to spend another penny in Dry Clean City. They need to take responsibility for damages that occur under their watch. They have lost my business for sure. I always go to this cleaners & it's always good customer service. But, today it was a rude worker when I walked in. I said hello and the lady didn't say anything or even greet me. She gave me my clothes and I said thank you. She didn't say anything. I'm not saying anything bad about the managers, as this has never happened to me before. I visit this spot often, I'm a frequent customer. It's upsetting to see a worker treat me like this!!
I bought a wedding dress that needed to be professionally cleaned. I was so nervous to take it anywhere. One place had no confidence in cleaning it, so I went to Dry Clean City for a second opinion and they did not disappoint! He had confidence to get out the water stains and the intricate beading would not be “ruined.” It was also only FOUR DOLLARS!!! 🤯 I picked it up today and the stains are gone and the beading is still in the condition as when I dropped it off. Very happy and pleased for my first ever dry cleaning experience with such an important piece of clothing! Thank you!
I’ve used this cleaners for over 10 years. This husband and wife team are professional and consistently pleasant. The staff is pleasant. I’ve never had a single complaint concerning Dry Clean City. The prices are very reasonable and I wish this business many more years of service. Thanks Dry Clean City!
Very consistent and very affordable! I bring items here regularly and have never had an issue. The one time my husbands shirt had a wrinkle ironed into it, I brought it back and they re-pressed it for free no questions asked. Quick turn around time too.
