Dr Levin and his entire staff along with Dr. Fetner Have the most remarkable practice! They have changed my life after having a life long battle with dental issues. They’re kind and professional manner are Second to none!! Highly recommend!!!!
Liked Dr Levin but based on my schedule and the hygienist’s schedule I have to plan appointments weeks in advance. Today they canceled my appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. When I actually pulled into the parking lot. Extremely disappointed that an office with a staff this large they have no backup planning for employee call outs. I have never had any Dr’s office call 20 minutes before an appointment to cancel…ever. Most Dr’s would bill the patient for canceling an appointment the day of the appointment. Their solution…”nothing we can do……if you want to wait around maybe we can do something…” Unfortunately, they don’t understand that my time is as important as their’s. They wasted 2 hours of my time. Dentists are plentiful. I will now move on to another one.
Dr. Ronnie Levin, Dr. Dina, and their awesome staff have been taking care of me for at least the last 27 years and are a true legacy family practice. From regular cleanings when I was younger, to the typical stuff everyone gets over the years, and supporting me when I was fighting cancer in a spit gland, he and his staff are always ready to help you get the care you need. They bring extensive experience to ensuring your oral health, have wonderful staff, and treat everyone like family. Highest recommendations!
Levin & Fetner have been my dentists for many years and they are terrific. I have had cleanings, fillings, X-rays, Invisalign, crowns and more, and every member of the team has been excellent--skilled, courteous and patient. Dr Fetner has been especially wonderful and understanding. I highly recommend this practice.
I was referred by a great friend to Dr. Levin & Dr Fetner dental office. And I can't say enough of what a wonderful experience it was this morning. I was there for 2 hrs and Dr. Levin, Dr. Fetner, Jessica and Maureen are amazing. The detail to care and educating me was outstanding. I'm in my 50's and have been to different dentist in the past but none of them can even come close to the dentist's and staff here. They are so caring and diligent in everything they do. I thank you all for everything I am so blessed and my out look is so much better now thanks to them.
