I am writing this review because of how quickly someone stepped in to fix another employee’s mistake. Stacie, whoever you are, you truly deserve a raise for how fast and professionally you resolved my situation. I had an appointment on April 27th for background fingerprinting with a woman named Angela. She took my picture and had me pay afterward, and I was told the process would only take up to 48 hours. After several days passed, I repeatedly called and tried reaching out for updates. When I finally got ahold of Stacie, she explained that my picture had apparently never been submitted. I explained that Angela did in fact take my picture, which honestly raised concerns for me about where the picture went and why nobody had contacted me about the issue. I was also frustrated that after multiple calls, no one had explained the actual reason for the delay. Thankfully, Stacie went above and beyond to help. In less than two hours, she had the entire situation fixed and resolved. Her professionalism, communication, and urgency completely turned around an extremely frustrating experience. Thank again Stacie !
Updating to 5 stars. My result only took 3 days to get. 4 stars for now because just came in today. Friendly staff over the phone and so as fast service. I will be updating how fast I will get my background screening result from today. All in all good experience.
I went there to get my fingerprints for my professional license. I went there hours earlier but they took me in no problem and they were nice and kind with me. The office is nice and clean on the inside but the outside it looks run down...
They say results come back in 3-5 days, I am STILL WAITING for our results and today makes two weeks. So if you're needing results fast like we did, I would not recommend using them they are false advertising. They have caused many issues in my life since we have been waiting for these results for 2 weeks now they keep pushing the day back and saying it'll be the next day it'll be the next day but this also appears to be false.
Could not have been more pleased with the service. I need fingerprinting for background check. I was able to make my appointment online last week. At the last minute on the night before I needed to change my appointment and was ALSO able to do that online. Directions to the location were precise. I arrived a bit early and they took me right back no problem. In Done and Out in under 15 minutes. Carsen, was friendly, professional and knew her business. Their site is easy to navigate and works well by phone or computer. Would highly recommend to anyone needing these types of services.
