This DMV is overall pretty good. However, they shouldn't observe made up Federal Holidays that the State of Florida has yet to recognize. June 19th is just another day. Nothing too special about it
"Put my license plate as my address"? What a rude lie! I live in an RV because I'm a happy camper- fulltime. 35 years in RV life in various places. I forward my mail when I'm away from Florida for the summer hosting. How rude to tell me my address isn't acceptable because I forward my mail once a month. She told me I need to "put my license plate as my address because the registry doesn't accept mail-forwarding." I choose the comfort of an RV over the size and expense of an empty, lonely house. What gives a government employee the power to judge harshly another's right to pursuit happiness? Vehicle tags are not a residency address. Remove that woman from her duties as a state rep. Her role is one of public trust not personal judgement. Top it off: the US Constitution in pamphlet setting on the counter in front of her lying lips. It is evident she has never read "among these rights are life, liberty, and the "pursuit of happiness" I will fix my licensing error somewhere else. Human beings learn from their mistakes. Thank you for helping me understand how to legally correct one of mine. I hope you correct yours!
Super efficient staff, I was greeted with the receptionist and within a few minutes I was up to a window and out the door. Everyone dreads going to the DMV this location has it fine tuned like a well machine!
Horrible experience. Just trying to pay them 6% of the money I spent on a sailboat. Wouldn't accept my ID, even though TSA & airports, insurance company & marina was good. The worst part was their coldness to my needs before flying back home.
Excellent location that is fast and efficient. They have a staff is professional and courteous. The location has a drive thru for handicap permits, paying taxes, and for renewals. All other items you will have to go inside the building.
