Ice cream good. Caleb thumbman was a good worker and his shoes were so amazing. He was very good overall, one thing I would work on is getting a company shirt not just a normal one , at first he looked like a volunteer. His shoes were so good I bought 10 pair for me and my family , if you ever come, ask for caleb and look at his shoes
i ordered a slushy and it came back like this. i asked can i have more ice in it please its basically full of flavoring. she argued with me like im dumb and kept saying its the machine and not making sense. eventually she made another and it looked the exact same maybe with more flavoring like she was doing it on purpose. she was rude when i ordered and would roll her eyes at me. today i ordered something on the app and it went through i went to go pick it up and apparently it was closed i waited 4 hours until it opened and called just to be told they were out of bananas (i ordered a banana shake.) i said oh can i have something else instead? and she said yes. so i asked whats on the specialty menu and she kept saying i cant hear u but when i finished my sentence she said i cant hear you as it she knew what i was saying so she hung up on me and i tried to call 2 times to ask for a refund and she never picked up.
My son always loves to get ice cream from here! We stopped tonight on our way home with our dog and he was given a pup cup with whip cream and a dog bone. The two girls working, one was being trained with friendly and welcoming too!
First time visiting Dreamette. Staff was close to closing but treated us all so well. We didn’t feel rushed out. They helped us with recommendations off the menu. I absolutely loved the whole vibe here. I love love love Dole Whip and this was absolutely delicious!! The soft serve was perfect. Store was very clean and with a cute sitting area. Wheelchair accessible with is also a plus in my book. When I am back in this area I will be stopping in your try something new off the amazing menu! I highly recommend!!
We go to Dreamette Aberdeen on a regular basis and love the ice cream and the service. The staff is always accommodating, especially when we have a challenging order. I love having them around the corner. 😋
