Dream Clean of Florida

Phil and crew did an awesome job with no surprises. We had a full house wash, all concrete cleaned and stains removed plus all pavers cleaned, re-sanded and refinished. A very professional service throughout from their website, their text and email updates as well as follow-up. I will definitely give them a call when it needs a refresh! Thanks!

It's hard to put into words how impressed I am with the work Dream Clean of Florida did on our church building and the surrounding walkways and sidewalks! I truly can't express what a difference it made. It looks like we painted the building because it is so incredibly clean! They were accurate, skilled, and professional every step of the way. Thank you for making our space look so amazing!!

The Dream Clean of Florida Team did an amazing job power washing our neighborhood park’s pavers and cement and soft washing our benches and other areas of the park. Additionally, the owner, Phil, was responsive in getting us a quote and scheduling and completing the job. Great price, great service, and great experience!

Dream Clean of Florida is truly outstanding! As a Northeast Florida real estate agent, having my sellers’ homes looking their absolute best before showings is critical, and Dream Clean consistently delivers. They get my clients’ homes market-ready within days of signing the listing agreement, which makes a huge difference during that busy pre-listing period. My sellers often have long to-do lists, and Dream Clean takes a major item off their plate by thoroughly preparing and cleaning the exterior—windows, gutters, lanai, driveway, walkway, and more. Their pretreatment of organic growth was new to me and made a noticeable impact that my sellers really appreciated. Thank you, Dream Clean of Florida, for helping my clients’ homes shine and for making both my sellers and my business look great! See you on my next listing!
