Drake's Bistro

We had the pleasure of ordering from here twice, and I found the sandwiches to be very large and satisfying. While I personally did not care for the Benedict, the Philly (with extra cheese) and Gobbler were amazing. We attempted to place an order for pickup by phone on two occasions, but unfortunately, we were unsuccessful. On one occasion, we were placed on hold until we arrived approximately 15 minutes later, and on the other occasion, there was no answer at all. The service we received was friendly.

Great sandwiches and soup with a cozy vibe and local flair. It gets busy at lunch so come early to find parking. Staff is hard working and friendly. We tried a muffalata, truffle tots, beer cheese soup, and Drake’s Last Resort sandwich. All very good and made a nice meal later too.

My wife and I visited twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. The establishment is on the main drag to historic St. Augustine. Both meals were outstanding! The service was excellent! This is definitely one of our go to places as we are transitioning to this area. It’s family owned and operated and they really appreciate your business. It shows in everything they do.

We went because Google Maps identified it when I searched for "salad" and we weren't disappointed. There were several salad selections. We ordered Cobb, Antipasto, and Caprese and were delighted with the abundant size, fresh ingredients, and delicious dressings. The server said that everything was made in-house.
