Edit 2:While you state that weed control takes 2–3 weeks, your own website says otherwise. Under your FAQ section, it states: "You will begin to see controllable weeds die within 2–3 days" and that customers should begin seeing results within 2 weeks or less. Based on the information your company provides to customers, my expectations were not unreasonable. The treatment was applied on May 30, and as of today there have been no visible/any results. The weeds have not died, have not stopped growing, and there has been no noticeable improvement. In addition, I have continued to experience pest issues despite paying for lawn care and pest control services. I understand that some treatments require time to work, which is why I have continued to monitor the situation. However, when a customer spends more than $400 on services and sees no improvement, it is fair to question the effectiveness of those services. I will wait the full timeframe your company has now stated. If, after three weeks from the treatment date, the weeds and pest issues remain unresolved, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and other appropriate consumer review platforms as I previously stated. I would much prefer to see the services produce the results advertised and update my review accordingly. I hope Drake Lawn & Pest Control will stand behind its work and ensure that customers receive the results promised on its website. Edit: Thank you for your response. That said, my frustration stems from the fact that I have been paying for lawn care and pest control services and have not seen the level of results I expected for the amount spent. At the time of my call which was about 11 days after application, I was looking for reassurance that the issue would be addressed if the treatment proved ineffective, and I did not feel that concern was adequately acknowledged. I am willing to wait the full 2–3 weeks you referenced. However, if after that period the weeds remain untreated and the pest issues continue unresolved, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursue other avenues to address my concerns as a customer. I sincerely hope that won't be necessary and that the treatment produces the results that were promised. I would much rather update my review with a positive outcome than continue to be disappointed with the service. Very disappointed with Drake Lawn & Pest Control. I paid over $531 for lawn treatment, weed control, pest control, and mosquito service, expecting professional results. After the most recent lawn treatment, not a single weed died, and they continued growing as if nothing had been applied. When I contacted the company to report the issue, I was essentially told that nothing could be done. There was no solution offered, no follow-up treatment, and no effort to stand behind the service I paid for. Spending hundreds of dollars for a treatment that produced zero visible results is extremely frustrating. As a result, I canceled all of my services. I expected a company that would stand behind its work, but instead I was left with the same weed problem and a much lighter wallet. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
