Juanita, the receptionist is the most wonderful lady. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and since day 1, she has always made me feel welcome and informed about my dental services. Shari is the BEST dental hygienist I have ever been to. She is thorough, takes her time, and has the perfect bedside manners. She makes me look forward to attending all of my cleanings because her work is so satisfying. My teeth always feel amazing after! Dr. Titus, though I see him less often than Shari, is also a fantastic dentist! Overall, I really love coming here and even though I moved further away, I will continue to receive my dental services from here! I am well taken care of by you all, so THANK YOU! ♥️

Worst dentist ive ever been to in my whole life they did a deep cleaning and overcharged by hundreds (it cost 800 dollars) when they were supposed to get my insurance approval first which was supposed to pay for the whole thing. My insurance probably didnt pay because they OVERCHARGED BY HUNDREDS. A deep cleaning typically costs 250. The lady in the front is the rudest person alive and ignores my grandma whenever she goes in to give them my card to pay my bill for 30 minutes and sends nasty threats to send my bill to collections. They SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY INSURANCES AUTHORIZATION BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!!! I LIVE OFF DISABILITY THIS HAS MADE MY LIFE SO HARD. Its 1/7th of the money i get for the month! They didnt tell us that my insurance paid for a portion, then said my insurance "took the money back" they probably pocketed that 300$. What kind of people would do this to a poverty stricken disabled person on medicade. If they did it to me theyd do it to you . Also i heard that the lady in front was very disrespectful from someone else too.

Wouldn’t take my dog here! My husband went here, was told he needed a root canal, came back to get it & was told his tooth couldn’t be saved, he’d have to go somewhere else to get it pulled. Charged over $200 for the visit they were supposed to do the root canal & then find out it was never even submitted to our insurance. The office says they used codes that aren’t submittable to insurance because Dr. Titus made the codes up. Sounds like fraud to me!! Beware, horrible experience all the way around. Treatment was awful & got ripped off! And the woman at the desk/on the phone is SOO rude!!!!! Multiple complaints with that, and it’s 100% accurate.

My husband and I recently started going to Dr. Titus and found that his office staff was courteous, Dr. Titus was thorough, kind, and took extra time with us as new patients. We never felt rushed. His charges were fair. The dental hygienist was the best I've EVER been to- and I get my teeth cleaned at least twice per year - so I have some experience to base my review on. The hygienist took time to explain how dental plaque and tartar are formed so that I could take even better care of my teeth. We have absolutely no complaints. They even took our Medicare Advantage plan for the cleanings. My plan doesn't cover fillings and my husband needed one filling and the price for that was fair---not cheap, but I am happy with fair since so many dental places gouge you. If you have been going to one of those "chain" dental places that charge exorbitant prices for "deep cleanings", gingival irrigation, antibiotic that you probably don't need, special toothbrushes, etc. give Dr. Titus a try. He is an old-fashioned dentist that seems to care about his patients.
