I called them and told them that my husband walked out on me after 28 years and my car would not start this morning to make it to my appointment at 4:00 p.m. today which I wouldn't have known that it didn't start today because it started yesterday and I didn't know how to fix the car but there's no man here at the house and they said we're going to charge you an 85 late fee. And I don't have $85 to pay for a fee. And on their website it says if you have an emergency you will not be charged. And this is a dentist full of women they don't understand the needs of other women. I cannot believe I was treated this way today I should have just lied and told him I was in the emergency room. Tell somebody the truth and look what happens you get charged $85. Unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody.. they have no empathy whatsoever. In the last time they worked on one of my teeth they ruined it and now I have nothing but teeth pain from it.
After 18 years of going to a pediatric dentist my nephew loved, and now being 18 and having to find an adult dentist, we decided on Starling Family Dental in Keystone Heights. The whole process was excellent. The staff were able to get him an appointment within a couple of weeks for a cleaning/xrays and I completed the forms online before he arrived. They were very pleasant on the phone. My nephew went to his appointment today and was very impressed. He said everyone was very nice and the place was so clean. He now has his new dentist. Thank you Starling Dental!
This was an easy one! 5 stars all the way. IMMACULATELY clean, gorgeous office. Very friendly staff. Excellent hygienist (who made the cleaning "fun", if that is even possible) and an introduction to a very nice dentist, Dr. Starling. No one's favorite place - we all know that - but this was by far the best dentist's office I have ever been to!
The only dentist and dental staff I fully trust. They're up front Dr starling and staff listen to me and care. I highly recommend this office.
She has to be one of the worst, non-empathetic, non-compassionate and impersonal dentist i have ever experienced. During consult, never turned around to speak to me. No eye contact at all. Office staff very professional and sweet. Dr Starling should take a page out of their book. I truly do not think she deserves one star. No stars is more like it.
