Just the facts. Creative liberties were taken with professional documents without care to fact check. Although I did find Jane's specific counseling to be helpful I hope I never find myself at that place ever again. All credibility went out the window for me with that place and their abilities to actually make a difference. Sloppy work has to be called out, I would never go out of my way to just make up details about someone like that. disgusted. Therapy should be used to uplift people not to destroy people's perception of reality and twist facts. When I tried to address my concerns directly with the person responsible for writing those documents to ask why it was worded in such a way I was denied access. I will not be walked all over just because I was struggling with a mental illness at the time.
Had a bad experience with a therapist there, called to cancel following appointments. Gave brief reason because I just want to get the cancellation over with. Gets blamed for reason as if the therapist is infallible. Have many years of seeing mental health specialist during my worst moments in my life, and I have never experienced such a robotic cookie cutter and client blaming bs situation in all my life. I wasn't even trying to blame anyone paticularly, was just trying to explain I felt uncomfortable with topic they wanted to push for today and I even tried to say lets just get through session anyway only to be told no. Just because it was a bad session doesn't mean you jump to conclusion without even figuring it out internally, thats a you problem. Not for me to worry about, I didn't even mention the therapists name or try to provide much details but they wanted details just to tell me what I'm saying is a load of bologne without knowing anything but my brief and uncomfortable conversation I had to have in the process of trying to cancel the appointments so they don't continue charging me lots of money? For a facility to all pile on a patient for having a briefly uncomfortable conversation and to jump to conclusion on what even happened during the therapy session is absolute dissonance on their part. Good luck with your establishment. Hopefully people are getting the help they really deserve not just an excuse to write off on half hearted paycehcks.
Dr. V Townsend is amazing. I absolutely look forward to my appointments with her. No matter what is going on in my world, I leave her office feeling better than I did when I arrived. The staff is friendly and understanding. All of the other Dr.'s are approachable as well.
Absolutely no way I will go here .... I had A referral to this office and due to weather and uncontrollable circumstances I was called in to work and had to call an cancel , not even 24 hours later I received an invoice for payment due becuase I didn’t cancel which I did. I call and spoke to the receptionist And she stated it was office policy but seeing that the visit was going to be my first time there as I was a new patient there how was I supposed to their policy’s. They were not very understanding at all will not gain my business .
Unfriendly office ,specially the front desk. Over priced , had my visit for BP and picked up a lab work referall . Less than 10 min in office $90. Shocked.. Horrible office...
