The staff was very thorough and kind even when I wasn’t a good eye patient. They were gentle. The only negative thing was they did not disclose a $75 retraction fee to me when I set up the appointment. Other than that they were great!
I’ve been very pleased with Dr. Nelson. He’s very knowledgeable and cares for his patients. He explains things in detail so you understand and has very good bed side manners. I would give Dr. Nelson 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend him, you won’t be disappointed !!
New Patient Appt: My experience was Great! I was very impressed when I walked in the Office. It was very calm and an welcome decor. I was then greeted with a smile from Sophia at the front desk. She was very helpful and answered all my questions from the beginning of my appt to the end of my appt. Once was called to the back by Kaitlyn she also was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate her patience as well. Ethan was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Dr. Norman was very Knowledgeable,Friendly,Patient and explained everything I needed to know in great detail which I appreciated. I didn't feel like he was rushing through my appt to get to his next patient. He answered all my questions and advise me to call back if I had any other questions or issues. I will definitely share my Great experience with others. 😊

Total respect to Dr. Ronald and Staff. Everyone is respectful and very knowledgeable concerning their individual skills. Dr. Ronald is thorough and engaging. I don't feel like I'm Patient #32.
