If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against using this doctor. His approach feels outdated—reminiscent of the pill-pushing practices of the 1990s and early 2000s. He makes bold promises about increasing prescription limits and being supportive, yet consistently fails to follow through. The clinic itself operates with a troubling lack of coordination. The customer service representatives appear to have no communication with one another, leading to repeated misinformation and confusion. My husband has been given the runaround for nearly two weeks regarding a simple exemption request. As a result, he has been left without his necessary medication and is now experiencing severe symptoms that the prescription is meant to manage. This level of disorganization and disregard for patient well-being is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR
