I’ve been going here several years because once you find a doctor who understands what you are going through and can put you on the right path it’s hard to want to start over — however over the years the customer service has just gotten worse - sitting an hour in the lobby after your appt time is completely unacceptable and today wasn’t the first time - it’s the last year or so. They charge $150 per visit I go every 30 days for prescription refill - they are getting rich and I am feeling like just another body that passes through their office without no care to my time — if you truly value your time - this office isn’t for you .. if you’ve got nothing better to do - then sit all day your all set ✅ office staff : RUDE- they don’t care - they are only there for a paycheck — almost lost circulation to my arm on blood pressure cuff the last two visits all because they want to use the small cuff and I told her last time they used the big cuff :/ bruised arm now .. home recovering from my terrible office visit
He is a good doctor. He is attentive to the patient and knows what he is doing; I recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr Pulido, MD, for years. I love them and they are like family. They take wonderful care of their patients. Thank you to all the staff. I would suggest them for your medical needs. Very compassionate and thorough. Jacksonville is blessed to have them all.
Phone calls always get a recording that they'll return your call in 24 hours. No such luck. I can't find out if my sleep test worked correctly, can't talk to anyone on the phone, they won't return phone calls, now I'm trying to cancel an upcoming appointment. No reason to pay for an appointment just for them to tell me the sleep test machine didn't work. Very unprofessional. If possible I'd give them a negative star. If I'm not worth their time then they're not worth my time and money.
So far so good. I wasn't happy with my previous doctor to the point I stopped going. I met someone that was seeing Dr.Pulido and they suggested I go there. I am very happy i made that decision. I go to the primary and pain clinic and I am grateful for both of my doctors they know their stuff.
