I’ve been seeing Dr. Thor for several years now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received. She is incredibly attentive, truly listens to my concerns, and works closely with me to guide my health journey. I appreciate her understanding and support of my preference for a more natural approach before turning to medication. Her thoughtful and collaborative style makes me feel confident and empowered in managing my health.

Dr. Thorhallsdottir and her staff are excellent. They are prompt, caring, professional and provide top notch care. You are never rushed during your appointment. Dr. Thor takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable, to listen to concerns, and provide suggestions in connection with medical care. I highly recommend Dr. Margret Thorhallsdottir.

Dr Thor may be the greatest physician there ever was, but I'll never know. I called the office since all indications were that the doctor was accepting new patients. Initial contact is with an AI nightmare. I left three call back messages over a two week period with no response. I asked the AI genius to speak with a human being regarding making an appointment and was put to the voice mail for Lizzy. Lizzy finally called me back and left a voice mail message, as I was at work and unable to accept the call. I returned the call only to get Lizzy's voice mail again. I called three more times over the course of five days and finally got a call back on the sixth day; now 20 days in from my initial call. Lizzy was curt and unapologetic, and in a flat, cold voice stated Dr. Thor is scheduling new patients starting in February. Due to Lizzy's poor attitude, I thanked her and declined proceeding with the call and hung up... Lizzy, you are a poor front person for the practice. You are in the medical field which I'm assuming is your choice. Be kind and compassionate and lose the cold, uncaring attitude.

Dr. Thorhallsdottir "Thor" is absolutely the best primary care provider I've ever had. She listens to any concerns and addresses them in a collaborative manner. The Patient Portal is great and Dr. Thor or her staff always respond in a timely manner. I'm lucky to have Dr. Thor as my provider.
