Having a prescription sent to my pharmacy by this person is like pulling teeth every month, and he’s never available. You can give them ample time to call it over and somehow they always drop the ball. Everything is on his schedule and his schedule only. In a digital fast paced world something needs to change.
Dr Alex Llarena, and his staff, have been our Primary Care Providers for more than twenty years. They get five star rating in every category concerning Primary care. They listen to you, never rush you, show great compassion and understanding. They are highly professional, and Dr Llarena will refer you to the best and most qualified specialist when he feels it is called for. You could not ask for better care. Appointments are easy to make and neither I nor my husband have ever had a long wait time.
The prescription was not processed accurately, leading to a delay of over one week for correction due to consistent errors in the submission process. While the physician's service is satisfactory, the prescription processing consistently falls short of expectations.
Dr Alex Llarena is an outstanding physician. He took time to go over all my tests explaining the issues and recommending solutions and treatment. It has been so in previous visits as well. The nurse and office staff are excellent. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m new to this place and I am very happy I chose here. The 2 ladies at the window were so kind and helpful. I’m a little bit deaf so they had to repeat themselves and they did it with a smile because they understood. The doctor came into the room where I was waiting and he was friendly and shook my hand. He asked me what was going on and he sat down and I had a long list of what was wrong with me starting with me being diabetic. He waited as they spoke without interrupting and I told him what I was going through and what medication I was taking I felt in my heart that he cared. He recommended bloodwork and we’re going to go on from there. I feel this is the right place and I would recommend This place to anyone. It was a five star experience, Gary
