My experience with Dr. Gargin was great. She took the time to listen to everything and answer all my questions. I definitely didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the office or "just a number". She was very clear and honest with me about what she would (and wouldn't) be able to help me with. Overall she helped validate my concerns and helped me determine the best care plan for *me*, leaving me feeling like both a person and a patient. And when options were limited through her office as a general practitioner and not a specialist, she provided me with other resources so that I didn't walk out feeling like I was left to figure it all out myself. Katie at the front desk was also super nice. She was clearly going above and beyond to help resolve an issue when I walked in, and she still managed to greet me as I came in and get me set up with my paperwork. I was very impressed with how she handled things when I called in, and even more so when I came in.
I am a patient. I have moved out of town and out of state as a patient. I have had periods of time where I have been uninsured. Doctor Gargin and her staff ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS accommodate me. They've sent prescriptions both to the Keys and to Texas for me. The level of personal care and attention that this office (the entire staff) provides is second to NONE! As lo g as I am able, this will be my office of choice! Best care ever! If you want great service look no further!
I always have a wonderful experience when seeing Dr. Gargin. There is never a long wait and she always takes the time to listen and address my concerns. Additionally, she has gotten to know me on a personal level and always asks about my kids. She never makes me feel like just a number. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
Hands down the most compassionate and caring physician I've ever experienced. I moved to Jacksonville 6 years ago and went to their office mainly because they accepted walk-ins. After meeting with Dr. Gargin that very first time I new I'd never need to look elsewhere, and I've been seeing her every since. Awesome is the only way to describe her!
Dr. Gargin is the best doctor I've ever been to. She listens and has found solutions for all my medical needs. She's helped when other doctors were not able to in the past.
