I was so disappointed with Dr Eli Loch after reading such amazing views. I truly thought he would be different and actually care for me in my journey with severe chronic pain. My first appointment with him I prepared many notes and hand written letters to give to him as I thought he would genuinely care unlike other providers. He did a very brief exam and barely acknowledged me then sent me away with non effective medication. At my second appointment with him I informed him that the medication he provided was completely ineffective. He again did not acknowledge my pain and just said we will do injections that may help when insurance approved them. He never seemed to care about how much pain I was in and what we could do immediately to address it. I am very disappointed to write this review as I really thought this doctor would be a truly good caring provider, but I was wrong. My impression was he was only interested in my wallet than managing my severe pain.shame on you Eli loch.

I started seeing Dr. Loch in 2015. With his advice, and injections I am almost pain free. First time going to his brand new office. I’m so proud of him opening his own practice. He’s the only Doctor that can give me my injection, and I’m active for 6 months. I schedule my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time, so I don’t have to get in bad pain. He has also helped me with other issues. He is caring, great to talk to, and takes all the time you need, to talk about anything. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. He’s worth the hour drive. I highly recommend him.
Dr Loch & staff genuinely care about their patients & it shows with every interaction. They made time to see me last minute & manage my pain until further testing can be done. I highly recommend !! Thank you, Dr. Loch.
Dr. Loch did a great job on my procedure. He was very professional, yet caring and understanding. He made sure to ask me if I was doing okay and comfortable, throughout the entire procedure. Great experience! Thank you Coastal Spine and pain center for a good experience! If you have pain Coastal spine and pain center is the place to go. I have been going here for many, many years, and have always been extremely happy with the providers at this office. They truly care!
