Not satisfied. Referred to them by our peds to only pay specialist copay.. Dr was useless. He was rushing us and didn't even bother taking a better look at my sons skin. Not going back! Waited 45 mins to only be seen in less than 10 mins. So unprofessional.
Dr. Boyd was great, thourgh and professional with a great personality. Staff is wonderful and very helpful! Best dermatology staff in Jacksonville from experience.
Trying to make appts is terrible. Never get someone at the front desk in a good mood. Staff that does the appts are rude and unprofessional. They also have no knowledge of what kind of insurance he physician take. Waste of time. Love the doctors but that’s it.
A very efficient and well organized practice with a courteous,friendly staff. Dr Boyd is patient and answers all questions in easy to understand terms.
I had a great experience. Dr. Boyd answered all of my questions and the entire staff was extremely polite. It’s affordable and convinient.
