BEWARE of this dentist. If you are on the fence about whether its worth it to come here, take this as a sign to run far away. If you are neurodivergent or have any anxiety at the dentist, this will further traumatize you. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed. The laughing gas was not working and I was crying for Gesek to stop doing things in my mouth and he did not stop. I have had novocaine many times and the way he was inserting the needle into my gums was more painful than it should have been. He did not introduce himself when he came in the room and did not walk me through what he was doing when prepping for the procedure. No bedside manner whatsoever. They put the laughing gas tube under my nose and I tried to breathe it in, but I felt no different and tried to urgently tell him and the assistant that it was not working and that I was about to have a panic attack. They ignored me and literally said "well there's nothing we can do about that" and continued to insert the novocaine needles into my mouth when I was basically begging them to stop. I had a full blown panic attack and was hysterically crying because I was already dazed from the Valium they had me take that morning. It did nothing for my anxiety considering they took no care to make sure I was comfortable. After I forced my mouth shut and did not let him continue after trying to explain the laughing gas was not working, Gesek threw his hands up in the air, called me overdramatic, and walked out of the room. They called my husband back and before he even reached me they were already getting overly defensive about "what happened". Not to mention my husband saw another young adult woman sobbing walking out of the back 10 minutes before this happened. The front desk team immediately offered a refund without even asking what happened which makes me think this type of event happens a lot here. It then took 4 contacts, including one of me having to physically go back to the office, for them to send the x-rays they took to another provider. This type of dentist is what makes people terrified of coming. I don't know how he is still practicing.
I got a referral to go see them back in February and it is now July. The office is extremely difficult to get a hold of and promises they’ll call you back and never does over and over and over again. When my daughter finally went in, they tried to add on a bunch of other things that the referral was not for. We said we only wanted to do the procedure that we were referred there to do and they made me wait another month of back-and-forth before they scheduled the appointment. Now I just received a text message the night before the appointment after their office is closed thing that they needed to cancel the appointment. Meanwhile, my daughter has been waiting since February. Absolutely horrible.
Will never go back here! It was short notice. My minor child went to have her 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Took forever to get an appointment, as they answer the phone and place you on hold. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours on 2 separate occasions. Very old and dirty inside. Dr is very unprofessional and rude!!! He acts like he is doing us a favor when he’s the one getting paid! My daughter said he came in the room and just started bringing a bunch of supplies near her face without saying what he was doing , so she jumped. He then told her if she she does that again he’s gonna put her out. She is literally a minor and the sweetest child. She came out crying hysterically saying her was so mean to her. Go somewhere else!!!
We first met with Dr. Gesek during our initial consultation. My 17-year-old daughter’s wisdom teeth are erupting and coming in at 90 degrees (sideways). We need to have them removed before they crowd the rest of her teeth. Dr. Gesek was very personable, and we scheduled her extraction for a Friday so as to not cause her any conflicts with her school and extracurricular activities. I received a call advising that the doctor would not be in the office on the date selected. The office scheduling team have been very patient and accommodating in finding a Friday that works with her schedule. We hope that the extraction goes as smoothly. Post-surgical update to follow…
Great experience! Dr. Gesek did a great job with my extractions and made the procedure quick and easy! I had a total of four teeth extracted on the same day. Procedure was very quick. Recovery was very easy with no pain and no swelling.
