I’ve been seeing my Doctors at this office for over 15 yrs. My Dr. retired and they automatically switch me to Dr. Zub. First visit he was not interested, he was more interested at his laptop than the reason I was there. I asked him a question about my medication and he was so rude he has NO bedside manner. The office staff has always been great but his nurse is also Rude like him. I Don’t recommend him if you really want a Doctor that listens and cares for every patient equally. After reading all these negative experiences others had with him, I’m so glad I wanted more for my health and saw right through him the first day.
In the past I had nice visits with Dr Zub. Upon my recent visit, he was brash, did not address my concerns, and told me that he knows nothing about what I believe my concern to be. When I spoke to his nurse a day later and explained my frustration, she went back to him, and I was told that he said “if I wasn’t happy with his care, I should find a new doctor”. So I did. Everyone has bad days, and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but upon reading other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one to experience this side of Dr. Zub.
My experience with Dr. Zub is always a pleasure. He is always cheerful and knowledgeable. He always listens and addresses my concerns. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Zub is really detailed about providing patient care. He is an excellent physician. I enjoy my appointments at Flagler Medical: the staff is WONDERFUL!!!
