Dr. Bates made my husband and me feel at ease when I came in to talk about a breast reduction/lift. He and his staff were very professional and addressed all our needs. I highly recommend PVPS in Nocatee for a consultation.
I've had multiple procedures with Dr. Bates. He has great bedside manner. Listens to your requests. Answered all my questions. Takes the time, so you don't feel rushed with appointments or follow ups. I am already scheduled for another procedure in the future. I def recommend him.

I recently had a consultation with Dr.Bates and had an A+ experience. From the moment I reached out, spoke with Beth (Dr. Bates’ assistant) several times in advance (she is just great!), meeting with Dr Bates to discuss my concerns, hearing his advice and recommendations; he listened without rush and made sure every question I had was answered fully. Additionally, the front desk team and all the nurses were welcoming and kind. And their facility is simply beautiful.
