  Recently have had one of the oddest experiences in dealings with this office. I have been working to establish with a primary care physician. Well established with an OBGYN and it’s very simply time to add a primary care doctor and provider. I’m gainfully employed and have full medical benefits. My goal in finding a physician was simple in I hoped to find one in high regard in reviews and wanted to be seen this calendar year. I received a call back in my query that Dr. Sanchez was taking on new patients and an appointment was established. In leading up to the appointment I changed my insurance card to reflect his name. Oddly enough I received no confirmation of the appointment and so I called in to investigate and had my first odd call with the offices new patient coordinator. In this call she had no record of me and that Dr. Sanchez was not taking new patients. It was frustrating and yet it was suggested that another physician in the office could consider taking me on. I said~OK and who is that in an effort to restart the research. Dr. Colleen. Not nearly as well reviewed but I pressed forward. The coordinator then said I had to fill out new patient paperwork before I could be scheduled. That they were unable to email me a link-also odd. I offered that my goal was an appointment this month and that I’d like to affirm that I could be accommodated ahead of time in their paperwork. Otherwise I’d know to keep looking. The paperwork was mailed to my home. I took the time to fill out 5 pages front and back and the dropped it back off at their offices. Today in a call to schedule the appointment ~they can’t book me until January. I find the office staff and the process to be odd and frustrating and easily the most inefficient I’ve ever experienced. I’ll copy and paste this to medical reviews pages in order to help warn other potential patients.
