Unprofessional
The wait time is far too long. First, a nurse does a check-up, and then the wait is endless. I've been waiting for the doctor for 40 minutes and he still hasn't arrived. They should take into account that the appointment is for children.
The doctors are very good and kind, and the best part is that they speak Spanish.
