I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. Dr Agee was incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive throughout my daughter’s care. She took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made us feel confident that she was receiving the very best care. I would also like to recognize Angela, the surgery scheduler, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help expedite insurance authorization for the imaging my daughter needed. Not only did she work diligently to get the approval process moving quickly, but she also helped coordinate with the imaging center to ensure we could get an appointment as soon as possible. Her dedication, compassion, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. This office is truly top-notch. The entire team is professional, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding medical care and support.
This is an update, 2.5 years after my initial contact with Dr Agee. The care I have received has continuously been the best of my life, as she truly cares about people. She is very easy to talk to, and she and her staff, are professional and very warm and friendly too. For anyone needing cataract surgery, do not hesitate to see her, as I have just recently completed the surgery for both eyes, on different dates. I will say, that I am beyond happy to have my eyesight restored, I can see colors so vividly and details, I barely have to use my reader glasses ! There was almost no pain for me during surgery and after...just a small headache that was gone in an hour...Don't be afraid, the entire procedure goes really fast once you're ready for the procedure...and they have medical experts getting you ready before the Dr does it. She has an exceptional medical education background you can trust. Now I bring my entire family to her for eye care. Thank you Dr. Agee for being there for me back in 2023 when I devloped blepharitis and chalazions...you treated my eyes all the back to normal, and I've not had any more of those issues since. Dr. Agee was recommended to me and I feel lucky that she was. I developed a cataract due to ocular trauma and my vision in one of my eyes quickly went down hill. Dr. Agee was able to see me and arrange surgery--all very quickly. I'm slightly a more difficult case, having amblyopia (lazy eye) in that eye, having had LASIK, and also astigmatism--but it didn't matter. Fast forward one month later and my vision in that eye is the best it's ever been--even pre-cataract. Her office staff, surgical coordinator, etc are all wonderful. Highly recommended. Parking is available in the back, too.
